Job Description

:

  • Manage medical staff manpower planning, postings, and coordination with external agencies.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies related to medical staff management.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of medical personnel.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through the use of integrated portal system.
  • Manage hospital-level document repository system.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and professional councils on registration and compliance matters.
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support to senior medical leadership and committees.
  • Coordinate meetings, handle professional enquiries, and support cross departmental collaboration.
  • Supervise administrative staff and support the smooth operation of the department's functions.
Job Requirement:
  • Recognised degree.
  • Preferably 5 to 7 years of healthcare experience.
  • Experience in managing IT systems an advantage.
  • Experience in preparation of presentations/policies/proposals/papers.
  • Strong in stakeholder management, with good analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good oral, written and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and meticulous.
