Take your place on our strong team, and help us make significant contributions to the world.Location/Division Specific InformationSingapore, Genetic Sciences Division (GSD).Discover Impactful Work:The Senior Manager, Supply Chain leads important metrics in Supply Chain for GSD Singapores Microarray (MA) operations. You will drive global and local initiatives which impacts capacity, cost, inventory and service for GSD. You head our MA supply chain function and is on our Singapore Gul Circle leadership team.A day in the Life:

• Lead all supply activities for all Singapore manufactured products as part of our global Sales, Operations, and Inventory Planning/ Execution processes for MA business. Collaborates with cross functions to propose demand-supply scenarios so as to drive better decisions and enable impactful global business outcomes.

• Partner well with procurement and sourcing teams. Implement more efficient supply networks, ordering policies and planning parameters which will reduce overall cycle time and inventory cost. Drive all planning tool and processes improvements.

• Establish the global distribution strategy with BU so as to ensure an efficient stocking strategy for your primary products. You will be the primary point for important order fulfillment issues related to supply & will provide urgent resolution.

• Collaborate with buyers, planner and order schedulers to reduce material shortages and rejects. Improve service performance for customers and service.

• Responsible for all inventory management and control activities for both site and distribution network. Actively improves our Day of Supply performance and reduces our Excess and Obsolescence ($) while ensuring efficient, timely and quality MA manufacturing and distribution operations. Align product management and supply chain partners to ensure successful new product introduction and smooth phase-in phase-out of raw material & finish goods product changes.

• Operates an accurate capacity plan for the entire site (equipment, space, resources & suppliers) to drive short-term and long-term actions through the companys regular business processes. Lead activities to improve utilization or resolve any bottlenecks.

• Build a culture within your function focusing on tight operational processes (participate in different levels of tier meetings participation to deliver effective reporting and support) and apply Practical Process Improvement approach in every way we work. Maintain and ensure systems and procedures in function are follows sites quality & regulatory requirements for example, SOX, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO13485, ISO14971 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required in related field; strong preference for fields of study in the supply chain and operations. MBA will be plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 10+ years direct experience in end to end supply chain value stream.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement methodology (LEAN, Six Sigma) & possesses a Practical Process Improvement mentality.
• APICS CPIM certification. Possessing full spectrum knowledge from Quote to Order to Cash platforms knowledge would be an asset.
