Job Description
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
- Attends to patients\' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
- Assists in registration and billing of patients accurately
- Makes appointments for follow-up patients
- Assist with doctors\' requests
- Assists patient with Medisave application
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Asst / Clinic Operations Executive
- GCE \'N\' Level and above
- At least 1 year of direct frontline customers\' service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
