JOB TITLE: SR. PLANNER, AFFILIATES, GSC SOLIDS, ROA

JOB PURPOSE

The Affiliate Supply Chain Planner is accountable for the supply chain planning and coordination within own Assets of ROA affiliates. It also supports and drives successful company strategy execution and competitive superiority through excellence in supply chain planning.

A total of 1155 thousand metric ton distributed to cover global demand. He/She represents all tactical supply chain planning activities at ROA assets level and the development of demand planning for ROA region and supply planning for global to serve the scenarios that are discussed and agreed during the Pre - Sales & Operations Planning (pre S&OP) meeting and Affiliate Sales & Operation meeting.

The scope of the work is annual production forecast, monthly production planning, regional demand planning, supply & Inventory planning for Affiliates in ROA, feeder vessel planning against production plan as well as stock transfer planning to keep agreed level of inventory at plants. It also includes coordinating with affiliates and regions to achieve goals within a business of products produced in ROA affiliates with the overall objective to maximize margin within the constraints set by service level requirements, strategic plans, and physical limitations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate and interpret the outcome of the pre-S&OP and affiliate S&OP into a production/replenishment plan
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials to meet customer demand, Inventory replenishment at different locations while achieving inventory and service KPI.
• Optimize production plan via coordination with plant and manage distribution to regions across globe in line with company strategy
• Monitor inventory level and make appropriate action to keep optirmized inventory level aligning to KPI
• Plan Feeder vessel against production plan and stock transfer within region with suitable combination of service, cost and inventory level at plant
• Yearly production forecast
• Supply China Service Level Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Reporting

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\'s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or Logistics or Business Administrative.
• Minimum 5 years\' experience in supply chain and possess good knowledge of S&OP cycle, production/demand/supply planning
