Job Responsibilities:

• Strategize processes and procedures to integrate overall project plan based on industry\'s best practices
• Drive strategies to optimize time, cost and quality
• Refine integrated project plans based on the industry\'s best practices for project execution, risk management, safety management and quality assurance and control
• Drive compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative prerequisites in preparation for project execution.
• Establish quality control policies, processes and procedures in alignment with industry standards.
• Oversee the management of stakeholders to obtain approval on variation order request.
• Oversee the acquisition of people and material resources to support the progress and completion of projects.
• Drive compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices.
• Drive organizational adoption of environmental sustainability and green building strategies.
• Manage the financial inflow and outflow against allocated budgets and forecasts
• Develop relationship with prospective clients for business development opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Project Management, recognized by Board of Architects/Professional Engineering Board/BCA.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in built environment, preferably with project management consultancy experience
• Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams to build collaboration and efficiency
• Strong presentation and negotiating skills, and experience supervising, training and mentoring staff
• Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.
