Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Projects Dept and oversee all the priojects undertaken by the company. Oversee and manage projects to ensure timely completion and also achieve highest quality of works or site. Maintain project control systems, planning, scheduling and to manage projects within budgets set by the company. Plan and organize resources to achieve higher productivity and minimize wastages and float time. Assist in other business activities as and when assigned.
Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in construction projects in Singapore of which at least 5 years in project management position, is a must for this position. Preferably Manager specialized in Architecture/ Civil/Structural or equivalent. * Specialize in Specialist Sub-Contractor works.
