JOB Title: Sr. Sales Executive, Specialties Sales

HIRING MANAGER: Sr. Manager, Asia Region, Agri-Nutrients

JOB PURPOSE:

This is a sales functional roles responsible to formulate, implement & execute sales & business development activities as well as ensuring smooth operation OTC for the assigned product(s) in the defined regions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop short & mid-terms sales & marketing strategy for his/her assigned products & regions, plan & implementing it under the guidance of team leader and contributing to Global BU result.
  • To identify potential new customer/new application or new segment and be able to build a collaborative partnerships with both internal (Technical Marketing, Business Unit, Product Stewardship, Supply Chain) and external stakeholders to drive for SABIC footprint growth.
  • Achieving sales target, negotiate all spot & term contracts with commercial conditions that are in accordance with the set business strategy, business plan, company policies, local regulatory to ensure maximum value creation and SABIC profitability are fully met.
  • Be able to maintain and strengthen close relationship with customers at all levels with strong focus on business excellence to drive for customer intimacy, resolutions on issues or concerns to support the achievement of the business objectives.
  • Responsible for multiple key accounts , nurture strategic relationship and identify best opportunities for growth
  • Understanding of the product/market dynamic and structure to conduct study on competitive analysis, customer segmentation, pricing strategy, supply chain analysis to be proposed for business goals.
  • Facilitating technical seminars or conference and customer events to develop SABIC branding.
MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics or Agriculture
  • 5- year relevant experiences in Agri Nutrients / Petrochemicals sales or business management
  • Planning & organizational skills - ability to analyze, solve problems, negotiate, run & manage effective meetings
  • Knowledge of cost analysis technique

  • You should have worked in your current position for at least 18 months and meet the pre-requisites of the position you are applying for
