Job Description
:
1. Design and develop high-performance, responsive web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React/Vue).
2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and operations/data teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
3. Optimize front-end and back-end performance for cross-browser compatibility and mobile devices.
4. Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest/Cypress).
5. Mentor junior developers and drive system architecture decisions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
2. 7+ years of web system development experience; preference for candidates who have led medium-sized internet projects or managed teams.
3. Deep understanding of system workflows, with the ability to directly oversee system architecture design and development.
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of coordinating cross-team project delivery.
5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools (Git).
