Job Summary: The Enterprise Onboarding Manager (OBM) plays a pivotal role in the education, retention and growth of newly onboarded merchants from the APAC Enterprise Sales Organization, overseeing the critical first 90 days from merchant launch through post-launch support.
This role is designed for dynamic professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and excel at building meaningful relationships with enterprise-level merchants.
The Onboarding Manager identifies operational efficiencies and engages in proactive discussions with merchants about their business and operational strategies, offering recommendations on how PayPal can partner with them to boost profitability and meet their objectives. This role provides onboarding support for our APAC Enterprise Sales key merchants.
