Job Description
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in IT or Similar \xc2\xb7 2 - 5 Years of Experience in Singapore IT Recruitment is mandatory \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with Lead and Business Development Team to identify staffing needs \xc2\xb7 Determine selection criteria \xc2\xb7 Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Social Media platforms and professional networks) \xc2\xb7 Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews \xc2\xb7 Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System \xc2\xb7 Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidate \xc2\xb7 Experience in hiring IT Technologies Desired requirements: \xc2\xb7 2 years of recent experience in SG recruitment \xc2\xb7 Aware of Singapore employment pass regulations \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments etc.)
