What the role is:You will be at the forefront of driving digitalization and optimization of PUB planning and operations! As a key member of Operational Planning in the Smart Operations division, you will engage stakeholders and manage ICT professionals to develop and maintain a portfolio of enterprise-level solutions, with a strong focus on Geospatial Information System (GIS) platforms, while ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.What you will be working on:Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage senior management and stakeholders to plan and conceptualise initiatives to transform planning and operational business processes, with particular emphasis on GIS \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and manage vendor teams to develop, deliver and maintain enterprise GIS systems, on time, within budget and achieving project KPIs \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with Government policies and standards for proper security controls and risk mitigation \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuously engage operational and planning stakeholders to plan and execute changes to ICT systems, in alignment with PUB\'s digital strategy \xe2\x80\xa2 Harness technologies such as GIS, Modelling & Simulation, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence to improve operational and planning intelligence and responseWhat we are looking for:Basic Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or engineering degree \xe2\x80\xa2 4 years of ICT work experience Preferred Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 5-7 years of ICT work experience, including at least 3 years in the delivery of enterprise level GIS solutions and management of project teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Working experience to deliver solutions based on GIS, and Modelling & Simulation \xe2\x80\xa2 Working experience in one or more projects delivered using Agile methodology and on Cloud \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and negotiation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 CITPM or PMP certification preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Agile certification preferred Successful applicants will be contacted within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job postingAbout PUB, The National Water Agency:PUB is an organisation that is recognised internationally for good water management.
