Below mentioned are the key responsibilities for this requirement.

• Design, develop, and maintain Observability (logging, monitoring & alerting) pipelines.
• Proactively monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement to maintain optimal service levels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and address operational challenges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to the business and end-users.
• Continuously improve observability solutions thru industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Document processes, configurations, and changes to ensure knowledge sharing and smooth onboarding for new team members

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD, observability (logging, monitoring & alerting), and SRE principles.
• Proficiency in setting up end to end observability solutions.
• Strong understanding of logging/monitoring tools like ELK, Grafana, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana or similar solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and expertise in infrastructure as code (IaaC) using CloudFormation.
• Excellent scripting and automation skills using languages like Python.
• Solid knowledge of version control systems
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing operational challenges.
• Experience with incident management and on-call support for critical systems is a plus.
