Job Description

Tan Tock Seng Hospital OD builds organisation health for organization excellence, focusing on building Better People for Better Care, Better Communities, Better Health and Better Value. Changing the landscape of healthcare for tomorrow, the OD team works closely with strategic partners in multiple transformation efforts to enable TTSH\xe2\x80\x99s 10,000 strong workforce, more than 80 community partners and 1.6 million residents to live in healthier and happier communities across Central Singapore. OD is key to shaping both excellent hospital care and population health.
You will facilitate efforts in the following areas:

Plan and coordinate the development and sustenance of collective leadership founded on meaningful relationships where everyone assumes collective responsibility for the success of TTSH & Central Health.

Support in development and execution of interventions to increase TTSH\xe2\x80\x99s capability and capacity to learn, adapt and renew through formal and informal learning programmes, structures and platforms, supported by Communities of Practice.

Support in development and execution of interventions to build formal and informal workforce to do their jobs well, better and differently through value creation tools, technology enablement, innovation and change management. The goal is a future-ready workforce.

Requirements

• Degree and/or Postgraduate Degree in any discipline.
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience in the areas of leadership and organisation development, change management, employee engagement, culture building, strategy alignment, group/team development, organisational learning.
• Able to engage across all levels of the system \xe2\x80\x93 supports internal and external stakeholders in the execution of OD interventions.
• Confident in delivering presentations and facilitating interventions at different levels of the system, e.g. facilitating small group conversations, engaging mid management teams and delivering large-group sessions.
• Keen to learn about strategic OD; and interest to develop knowledge and practice in OD.
• Able to build trust with others because you are competent, reliable, sincere and care for people.
• Self-awareness interests you, you are curious about people and enjoy interacting with people.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
