Job Description

What you will be working on:
You will be part of the manpower planning team responsible for the following : o Conduct job evaluation and manpower monitoring and analytics to manage organisation's manpower plans and headcount o Support in manpower planning, including review of work processes, implement organisational structure changes and manpower operations. o Conduct longer range manpower studies to understand workforce needs within the organization to meet future manpower challenges and staffing requirements. o Any other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:

Degree in Human Resources or related discipline o Relevant HR experience will be an advantage o Meticulous and proactive team player o Good analytical, writing and communication skills
