This is an opportunity to use Data Science, A.I./Machine Learning, and Technology skills to solve very interesting problems that directly and greatly impact millions of individuals worldwide.You will be part of an energetic A.I./Machine Learning cross-functional team, collaborating with various business/product partners (e.g. Credit, Fraud, Risk, Web, Mobile, Marketing, Enterprise Automation, etc.) to drive a cohesive set of solutions enabling the ever-growing strategic capabilities in the AI field.This role resides within American Express Technology (AET) \xe2\x80\x93 Enterprise Services Decision Science Center of Excellence (CoE).Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Combine A.I./Machine Learning and Technology knowledge to implement highly scalable solutions to solve real-world problems in areas such as Generative AI, Personalization, Image Recognition, Speech Recognition, Natural Language Processing, Best Next Action, and Time Series predictions\xc2\xb7 Build solutions from identifying business problems, to collecting training dataset, to analyzing data, to modeling, to validating and to delivering production grade solutions at scale.\xc2\xb7 Research latest related academic papers and test nascent ideas which can potentially solve new business problems and enhance existing solutions.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for developing and defining deployment strategies for production quality AI solutions in Cloud infrastructure at scale\xc2\xb7 Drive both high-level and detailed technical designs and conduct design reviews as needed\xc2\xb7 Responsible for health and quality of the code across the portfolio, including leadership over innovation, functional testing, and CI/CD tool integration\xc2\xb7 Provide technical mentorship to team members at junior levels\xc2\xb7 Actively participate in business and technical discussions and forums across AmexQualifications:\xc2\xb7 Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related STEM fields.
