  • Lead the creation of the S&SEA CMB people engagement strategy, working in conjunction with S&SEA CMB ExCo and Functional stakeholders
  • Have oversight of the deployment of the people engagement strategy via the S&SEA CMB team ensuring effective change and project management methodologies are championed and deployed
  • Build effective relationships with key business stakeholders in order to support the implementation of new and existing people engagement activity
  • Work in partnership with functional specialists providing insight into the needs and challenges of implementing people engagement activity
  • Become a specialist and S&SEA CMB lead in employee engagement activities, championing innovative and market leading approaches to maintain and build employee engagement, productivity and wellbeing
  • Champion and become an advocate for the HR Target Operating Model, ensuring CMB business lines access HR services via global HR processes
  • Provide insight to leaders and key stakeholders on current and future areas of people engagement focus, becoming an expert in the analysis and use of employee engagement tools e.g. Snapshot, BSB
  • Lead and role model collaboration between business lines, functions and locations on people engagement activity
  • Support the ongoing development of a culture that has \xe2\x80\x98treating customers fairly\xe2\x80\x99 at its core, is focused on customer experience and the continued professionalism of our service proposition
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the ASP Commercial Banking business and market
  • Experience of deploying people engagement activity across teams, lines of business or geographies
  • Proven experience of working effectively with, and a detailed knowledge of the bank\xe2\x80\x99s IT systems, HR
  • Direct, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Group Intranet, etc
  • Ability to think strategically and laterally
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis upon inspiring, influencing and negotiating
  • Highly developed planning and organisational skills
  • Adaptable, flexible, with a self-initiated approach to change
  • Team player
