Job Role Summary

What you will be doing

  • Coordinate for the Zone Operations Integrity Management System(OIMS) assessments plans and risk assessments
  • Coordinate and form assessment teams in collaboration with the regional Central/Manufacturing SSHE and global Fuels operations SSHE teams
  • Provide expertise and support to sites and share assessment findings and learnings
  • Review (IRAT) Incident Risk Assessment Tool and incident findings
  • Support the functioning of the zone's OIMS Governance and (OIMC) Operations Integrity Management Committee
  • Coordinate and support loss prevention system initiatives such as training , analysis and stewardship
  • Involved in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Implementation. Conduct compliance reviews while developing and updating safety standards
  • Involved in the training and coaching of safety leadership fundamentals, human performance, OIMS awareness and areas concerning risk tolerance and hazard awareness
  • Compile SSHE Zone plans, reports and conduct verification processes in addition to planning and budgeting
  • Conduct safety walkabouts, Investigations, audits and follow-ups for closure
What you will need
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or health and safety
  • A minimum of 10 years working experience in SSHE
  • A Registered workplace (safety and health officer) and (fire safety manager)
  • Experience in ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 management system implementation
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
