Established in 2011, Ascensus Health Group Pte. Ltd. is a leading healthcare service provider dedicated to delivering holistic health and wellness services to the modern family.
With a long and established track record in Singapore providing Obstetrics and Gynaecology ("O&G") services such as pre-pregnancy counselling, delivery, pregnancy and post-delivery care, the Group has since further expanded its spectrum of healthcare services to include Paediatrics, Dermatology, and Cancer-related General Surgery (Colorectal, Breast & Thyroid).
The Group's clinics, under its four operating segments of O&G, Paediatrics, Oncology and Dermatology, are strategically located throughout Singapore to provide easy access to its patients.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day functioning of the clinic.

• Supervise, coach, and schedule clinic staff (nurses and assistants).

• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, SOPs, and MOH regulations.

• Provision of basic nursing duties (eg. phlebotomy, vaccination and wounds dressing).

• Assist doctor in minor procedures and operation theatre.

• Dispensing of medication.

• Maintain drugs inventory level and perform quarterly stock take.

• Management of patient's medical records.

• Handle insurance claims, billing, and payment collection.

• Handle phone calls and enquiries.

• Schedule patient appointments and registration.

• Booking of referral appointments.

• Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, with exposure to both clinical and administrative duties.

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Good patient care and service attributes.

• Team player who can work independently.
