Collaborative with physician and members of healthcare team to ensure continuity of patient care and follow through of treatment plans

Demonstrate competency in nursing core and special skills

Requirements:

Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Nursing/ Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution

Ability and confidence to work independently

At least 2 years relevant working experience is desirable
