Assist doctor in the consultation room and in procedures
Make appointments with patients and other specialist when required
Liaise with hospitals and clinics personnel regarding the patient's medical report
Coordinate with lab coordinators, radiology clinic & other medical clinic on the pricing of the tests
Book operating theatre for patients going for surgery
Process patients claims, Medisave claim and data entry to processing department for insurance policies
Provide patient education and financial counselling
Register the patient and ensure data are accurate
Conduct medication stock taking report and restock medication
Cross cover operational duties when required
Assist the management in operational and administrative duties
Requirements:
Minimum Education: Diploma in Nursing
Licensure: Singapore Registered Nurse with valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
