Salary: $3,500 - $9,000

• 1 year of clinical/hospital/nursing experience is required
• Proficient Japanese is advantage
• AWS (13th Bonus) + Performance Bonus

Our client is Japanese Healthcare and their comprehensive services seamlessly cater to patients, offering a hassle-free journey from primary to specialty care to the Japanese community here, ensuring they feel connected to their familiar care standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate documentation of patients\' physical assessment such as height, weight, visual acuity, audiometry and nursing observations.
• Observe strict infection control practices and aseptic techniques accordingly when attending to patients.
• Collate all laboratories, x-ray results and reports from specialists.
• Follow up instructions from doctor regarding laboratory, x-ray and other results for review.
• Dispense medications.
• Handling Clinic emails, phone calls and inquiries.
• Making appointments and coordinate appointments.
• Register patients.
• Handle insurance claims and coverage on consultations, treatments, medications, surgeries or hospital admission.
• Liaise with Japanese Insurance Companies for Letter of Guarantee (LOG).
• Liaise with specialist clinics, hospitals, laboratories and radiology for billing.
• Ensure to follow up outstanding payment from corporate, Insurance Companies and self-payment patients

Experience & Skill-set required:

• NB Registered is preferable (Singapore Nursing Board)
• Proficient Japanese is advantage
• Compensation pakcage will be dependent on on education background/Exeprience/Skillset
