Responsibilities:
- Carry out nursing care duties to patients.
- Monitor patient\xe2\x80\x99s status and perform check on the vital signs.
- Work closely with team members to figure out the variances of data.
- Perform wound dressing when require.
- Working with other healthcare professionals in patient care plan
- Assist in patient discharge procedures.
- Minimum of Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar field.
- SNB registered.
- Good communication skills and patience.
