Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assess patients' needs upon admission and daily during their hospital stay. Create and implement care plans based on assessed needs. Evaluate and track patients' progress according to the care plan. Document care provided and monitor outcomes on designated charts and forms. Provide safe and skilled nursing care at all times. Engage actively in physicians' rounds. Execute treatments and tests as prescribed by physicians. Work in partnership with physicians and healthcare providers for seamless patient care delivery. Offer information and education to patients and families on disease prevention, health education, and rehabilitation methods. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Supervise and guide nursing students, new hires, registered nurses, and junior staff. Participate in clinical and service quality initiatives. Keep current with the latest nursing and healthcare practices.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). Diploma/ Degree in Nursing from SNB-approved training institutions. Willing to do shiftwork.
