Staff Nurse (Office Hours)

Location: Jurong West (JWS)

Salary: $2, 500 - $5, 210

Working Hours: 8am - 6pm (44hrs/week)

Working Days: Mon to Fri

Location: Can Choose Location

Basic: $3000 - $4500

Working hours: 44hrs / Week

-Shift: 7am to 7pm (inclusive 1 hour break)

-Shift: 7am to 4pm (inclusive 1 hour break)

-Shift: 2pm to 9pm (inclusive 1 hour break)

Location: Novena (women specialist - 5days\xef\xbc\x89

5 days (0.5 days on Weekday, 0.5 days on Saturday, Sunday not working)

8am - 5pm OR 9:30am - 6:30pm (Staggered working hours)

Junior - $2500 - $4000

Senior - $4000 - $6000

Location: Yishun (Nursing Home)

Salary Range: $2,300 - $3,500

Working Days: 6 days (rotating off day)

Working Hours: Can choose 2 shifts or 3 shifts

AM (6am - 3pm)

PM (2pm - 9pm)

Night (9pm - 8am)

Location: Suntec City (Clinic)

Salary range: S$2,800 - S$3,500

Working Hours: 5.5 days\' work week

(Monday-Friday 10am-7pm & Saturday10am-2pm)

:

• Comply with approved Nursing SOPs
• Perform nursing/clinical procedures and treatment as require such as wound dressing and insulin injection.
• Work with multidisciplinary team to analyze and evaluate nursing care plan and ensure care plan is implemented by team.
• Participate in discussion with therapy team for residents\' care.
• Supervise Nursing Team comprising of Enrolled Nurse, Nursing Aides and Healthcare Assistant.
• Leads and participate in clinical improvements and processes.
• Pack and Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Ensure proper record of nursing care and Residents\' Medication Record.
• Conduct pre - admission and discharge assessment.
• Assess, plan and prepare residents and caregiver for discharge program.
• Assist client to manage common age - related conditions such as incontinence and loss of mobility.
• Perform client\'s education and training.
• Assist in roster planning.
• Schedule care staff to attend external training and conduct their competency assessment and clinical competency.
• Oversee adequacy of medical supplies/ equipment and ensure regular quality control check of medical equipment.

Qualification & Skills:

• Diploma or degree in nursing
• Registered with SNB
