Assist doctor with consultations as and when required
Perform patient financial counselling and surgery listing for patients who require surgery
Address patient queries
Arrange logistics with medical suppliers and other doctors
Answer phone calls, register patients, and schedule appointments
Settle payment and invoices for patients including insurance requirements
Dispense medication, perform injections and venepuncture
Keep track of medical billings and invoices
Perform stock take of drugs and consumables once a month
Maintain smooth running of clinic operations

Minimum Diploma in Nursing \xef\x82\xb7
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Obstetrics and Gynaecology \xef\x82\xb7
Registered with Singapore Nursing Board \xef\x82\xb7
Valid BCLS and AED \xef\x82\xb7
Pleasant personality, good attitude and able to work in fast-paced setting \xef\x82\xb7
Patient-oriented \xef\x82\xb7
Fluency in English \xef\x82\xb7
Proficiency in Chinse is a plus \xef\x82\xb7
Able to work 5.5 days a week. Mon to Fri, and Saturday half day
