Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care and support to patients according to clinical protocols and standards Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and daily care activities Administer medications and treatments safely Support doctors during clinical procedures and patient assessments Monitor patient conditions and report any significant changes Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement activities
Requirements
Diploma in Nursing
Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Willing to work onrotating shifts
