Job Description

You need to demonstrate high standard of patient care by performing clinical nursing procedures that meet the patients' immediate physical and emotional needs.

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates clinical care for patients under his/her care.
• Performs clinic generic nursing duties like phlebotomy, injection and assisting in clinic procedures.
• Conducts pre and post procedure information, admission, and discharge planning.
• Collaborates and co-operates with the physicians and other health-care personnel for a smooth delivery of patient care.
• Provides nurse counselling, monitoring and patient education.
• Any other duties as delegated by the department Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Entry levels welcome to apply.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment as well as being flexible and open to changes.
