You need to demonstrate proficiency in facilitation of clinical audits, monitor, evaluate all clinical indicators of all clinics.

Assists Quality Manager to monitor, evaluate all clinical indicators of all clinics. Assist the Clinic Managers to ensure all clinical risks are assessed and monitored.
Assists Clinic Managers to review the root cause analysis of clinical incidents addressed and monitors the effectiveness of the proposed action plans to mitigate future risks.
Adheres to the nursing guidelines in preventing potential clinical complications and maintains a safe working environment.
Maintains and adheres to the hospital policies and procedures according to IQEHS requirements.
Assists in the quality management audit and activities.
Any other duties as delegated by the department reporting officer.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least2 years of Clinical nursing experience.
Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
Self - motivated and able to work well in a team.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
