My Queen is a prenatal and postpartum wellness center. We are looking for enthusiatic individual passionate in assisting new mothers in their maternal journey. My Queen would like to empower our quintessential women with the right environment, pleasant experience, and evidence-based education. As an Staff Nurse (Maternal Healthcare) , you will learn from our Clinical Nursing Leader (RN) to execute effective delivery of optimal care to our customers. You will need to assist our Clinical Nursing Leader(RN) to coordinate teaching and counseling plans to help meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 & family\'s complex needs where appropriate.
- Uphold Company\xe2\x80\x99s vision and mission.
- Effectively communicate our center\xe2\x80\x99s nursing standards, policies and procedures and ensures these are well understood, accessible and complied by the junior health care assistants/basic care assistants.
- Assist Clinical Nursing Leader to incorporate nursing care policies and procedures in our center.
- Assist Clinical Nursing Leader to review and update relevant nursing care policies and procedures that can be implemented in our center.
- Conduct customers\xe2\x80\x99 rounds to promote and maintain healthy customer satisfaction levels.
- Conduct one-one essential trainings to customers, to ensure that they are comfortable in the stay within the center.
- Act as mentor, coach & counselor to junior health care assistants/basic care assistants.
- Assist Clinical Nursing Leader in regular trainings for junior health care assistants/basic care assistants to ensure competency level of the staff.
- Ensure there is a robust Workplace Safety & Health culture within the team.
- Work effectively with other team members within the same center.
- Able to do shift work.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- At least a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent (recognised by Singapore Nursing Board)
- Good working attitude with ability to work in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Courteous and exhibit genuine concern for patients
