Responsibilities

Observe and track patients' vital signs, promptly reporting any adverse reactions to medications. Provide information and education to patients and their families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care. Work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective discharge plans. Keep patient files, medical charts, and health records updated and well-documented.
