Job Description
Our Client, a leading and well-known Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Palliative Care Nurse / Staff Nurse.

- Multiple Locations (Central, Jurong, Hougang, Bedok, Woodlands)

- Oncology / Geriatrics / Palliative Care
- Ensure nursing care services rendered are safe, competent and individualised. Uphold nursing standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control.
- Communicate and build rapport with patients and their families or caregivers.
- Coordinate the care of patients through an advising physician, provide direct patient care, evaluate patients\' conditions, and serve as the liaison between families and physicians.
- Perform nursing care such as medication administration and wound dressing as required.
- Follow up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plans.
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing
