Grow with us! Role & Responsibilities: . Take responsibility for the tasks delegated by Head Nurse. . Deputizes the Head Nurse in his/her absence. . Take an active role in participation of a smooth operation of the dialysis centre. . Ensure that the Infection control policies are adhered to and to seek advice from relevant person in the absence of Head Nurse in the prevention of cross infection. . Ensure that all supplies and equipment are available for use at all times. . Responsible in ensuring that all equipment used are correctly cleaned, stored and in working order. . Maintain a clean and safe environment within the dialysis centre for patients, staff and public at all times. . Monitor the safe, effective and economic use of all supplies. . Participate in any Nursing committee meeting when assigned. . Actively participate in all aspects of patient care by being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of nursing care. . Discuss patient care with other team members or Nurse In Charge as appropriate. . Perform wide variety of procedures e.g. haemodialysis and other procedures as listed in centre protocols. . Able to perform needling of A-V fistula, A-V graft, or through central venous catheter for initiating haemodialysis process. . Provide patient education as and when necessary. . Responsible that all dialysis equipment is safe, complete and fully operational before, during and after each use. . Responsible to take all measures to ensure the safety of all the patients, reporting all accidents, incidents and completing all relevant documentation. Requirements: . Minimum 2-4 years of related experience . Diploma/ degree in Nursing or equivalent . Registered with Singapore Nursing board . Experience in renal care
