What you\'ll do

Proposing, leading, and rolling out technical initiatives that align Deel\'s frontend development with industry best practices for code quality, observability, and testing

Identify performance bottlenecks in Frontend apps, propose solutions, work closely with other teams to apply the solutions to meet the performance goals

Own the Frontend build architecture, improve build performance, optimize CI/CD pipeline, boost engineering productivity

Take ownership of FE components, make sure components are performant, small, and up-to-date.

Design and implement new initiatives for large scale and cross org projects

Key Qualifications...

Expertise in TypeScript, React.js and the web app ecosystem

Building high performance web applications

Proficiency in creating complex and data heavy web apps

Track record of shipping and operating large-scale web apps in production.
