As a Staff Operations Engineer you’ll be leading the team to scale, customize and maintain cloud infrastructure and operate with a DevOps mentality focus. Your Operations team manages the global infrastructure, particularly for chat. You will strive to automate everything possible, reduce toil and you’ll frequently ask yourself “what can I improve next?”.
