In your new role you will:
- Manage Transit Management operation and project ensuring fulfillment of KPIs of Distribution Center and Cross Dock operation.
- Manage the Forwarder / Integrator operations to ensure timely and quality shipments.
- Drive improvement and implement solution to shipment performance issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with service providers to sustain high-level performance.
- Lead continuous improvement and digitalization projects as key user enhancing the process and efficiency of operations.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in managing 3rd party logistics service providers in a leadership position
- Strong knowledge in Logistics / Forwarding industry practices
- Advanced analytical, leadership, project and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
