Staff Supervisor Logistics

Job Description
This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a logistics team to ensure efficient and effective movement of goods, products, and supplies. The staff supervisor logistics needs to ensure that all logistics activities are carried out in a safe, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible manner.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Oversee store operation, including LTA (lot transit area, material, packing store and crusher center).
- Manage team of 12 to 15 headcounts of logistic assistants on daily logistic operation, including performance review, overtime management, disciplinary issues etc.
- Support production requirement, work in process and material turnaround.
- Drive KPI performance and support management goal and direction including automation project.
- Ensure that all logistics activities are carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, and that all relevant laws and regulations are complied with.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Min. Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalents.
- Min. 1-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in logistic / warehouse and shipping field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with logistics software and inventory systems, preferably SAP.
- Able to work on a 12-hours day shift.
