Job description
In SaaS Solutions Engineer role, you will:

• Take full technical responsibility with regards to the regional development of our SaaS Analytics business in Singapore
• Technical presentation and demonstration of our solutions to new customers
• Understanding the customers\' electro-mechanical systems (thermodynamics of the machine, P&ID diagrams, Performance curve, Sensors etc) & propose appropriate Predictive Maintenance & Process Optimisation solution.
• Understanding the data communication, process data points, IT infrastructure and tools for data collection stream & work with customer\'s IT and facilities team for the Integration and Installation of equipment such as sensors & edge box systems
• Apply the knowledge of Data Science & Machine Learning & provide technical support for the implemented solution.
• Collaborate with internal R&D and product team for the customized solution proposal that fits to the customer use case.
• Create understanding of customer needs and provide customer in-sights for development of new features and solution roadmaps.

Your profile
You have in depth technical knowledge in the field of Digital Solutions/Industrial Software (e.g., SCADA, IoT, Condition monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, Building management). You have worked across multiple industries such as: Power generation, Oil & Gas, Waterworks, Rail systems, District Cooling, Chemical & Process plants & have a wide network across the technical community. You are hands on & do not hesitate to work together with maintenance, operation & digitalisation teams in their plants when needed.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor / Master\'s degree in Process or Electrical/Mechanical engineering coupled with Data infrastructure (network / cloud - integration) / Data Science / Data Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in utility industries such as in energy, waterworks, rail, and plant operators such as in the chemicals, process, Oil & Gas industries.
• Technical knowledge of SCADA software and hardware components, including communication protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus etc), IoT Protocols (MQTT), Solution platforms such as Metasys\xc2\xae, Wonderware\xc2\xae, OSIsoft\xc2\xae etc.
• Familiar with the application of AI based machine learning and Conditioning monitoring/Predictive maintenance concept for industry use case.
• Experience in vibration analytics will be a plus
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (towards customers & Industry forums)
• Fluent in English and able to interface with cross-functional teams.
