Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Pre-Production Planning

: Attend meetings, schedule rehearsals, and develop production timelines.

Rehearsals

: Oversee rehearsals, take notes on cues and changes, and communicate with the cast and crew.

Communication

: Act as the primary contact between the director, cast, and crew; distribute schedules and notes.

Technical Coordination

: Collaborate with the technical crew on lighting, sound, and set changes; conduct technical rehearsals.

Performance Management

: Manage backstage during performances, call cues, and handle emergencies.

Health and Safety

: Ensure safety protocols are followed and conduct safety briefings. * Working hours 9pm to 6am may include weekend and public holidays
