ROLE DESCRIPTION


The Staging Techician works within the services team and is responsible for the configuration of devices, functionality of the equipment upon arrival, and working closely with multiple departments to ensure


successful handover to logistics. The person will also manage the integrity of services inventory and maintain proper procedure follow through. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in Networking & Security and further your career in the IT industry.







DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES





Configuration of network and security devices to required versions. Perform power testing and functionality checks Handling of Inbound and Outbound devices to Logistics Maintain spares and maintenance device inventory Ensure and enforce workplace process and procedures Prepare paperwork and documentations Communicate with relevant teams and provide regular updates Provide guidance and training to new engineers Any other administrative duties




REQUIREMENTS





Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,) Strong interpersonal skills, team player and independent Well-organised and meticulous Able to work under tight deadlines * Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
