Broadcom's Central Engineering Group builds the Foundation IP that powers Broadcom's leading silicon product families.In this position, the successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for the design, development and delivery of standard cell library foundation IP .Job ResponsibilitiesDesign standard cells at the transistor levelSimulate and analyze circuit designsGenerate and verify library EDA modelsRun regression and other quality checks on library deliverablesInterface with design teams to support their requirementsKey RequirementsDigital or mixed-signal circuit design knowledgeUnderstanding of cell layout or physical designUnderstanding of FinFet, RibbonFet/GAA process nodesUnderstanding of verilog, lef , .lib and other industry standard EDA modelsFamiliarity with EDA tools used in STA and PnRExperience with .lib syntax including NLDM/CCS/LVF is a plusExperience with Virtuoso, Cadence Skill programming, scripting using Unix, Perl, TCL or Python is strongly desiredQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering and 2+ years of related experience requiredCandidates with Masters/PhD preferredSingapore Citizen/PR onlyAdditional QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCollaborate and work within and across teamsBroadcom is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
