The Bancassurance Sales Executive is responsible for offering product solutions on financial needs of BPI customers to ensure achievement of individual and company targets and KPIs. Roles and Responsibilities1. Promote and maintain the reputation of both BPI and Philam Life2. Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI-Philam products to the bank's customer base3. Establish, maintain and grow relationships with the bank officers and staff in the branch/es they are assigned to for the purposes of generating bancassurance leads and bancassurance business4. Establish, maintain and grow relationships with prospective and existing clientele; Perform customer service and business conservation activities5. Act as a liaison between the customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims6. Submit required reports on time7. Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect bancassurance business8. Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns and other related matters.9. Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for the purposes of bancassurance businessMinimum Job Requirements:
