Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing store management and collaborating with the store manager to plan and execute various marketing strategies from the headquarters.
• Ensure effective division of labor management across departments during shifts.
• Oversee the procurement, loading, and replenishment of goods, and managing related operations such as goods acceptance, product display, product quality, and service quality.
• Supervise merchandise loss management in stores and maintaining control over the scale of merchandise loss.

Requirement:

• Possession of a diploma degree or higher.
• Priority consideration for applicants with over two years of experience in independently managing chain brand catering establishments within the service industry, along with a background in store management.
• Demonstrates a positive work attitude, enthusiasm, cheerfulness, confidence, and a strong service orientation.
• Exhibits diligence and a strong team spirit.
• Displays a robust aptitude for learning, a determined mindset, a positive professional attitude, and a genuine passion for the job.
• Flexibility to travel within the assigned region.
• Willing to work on shift assigned based

Working Day & Timing

• 5.5 Days ( Able to work on PH and Weekend)
