URGENT

Contract period : Immediate (6months) - possibility of extension for another 6 months.

Min Qualification : Diploma, offered salary of $10.50 per hour.

Working hours : Mon – Thurs : 8.30am – 6pm, Fri : 8.30am – 5.30pm with an hour lunch break

Mandatory Skills : Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the checking of datasets (e.g. information captured in physical measurements, laboratory tests, consent forms) a) Check that information are properly captured and are consistent across datasets (e.g. information provided are in the correct fields, valid contact numbers are provided, etc.) b) Check that the values captured for each variable are logical and consistent (e.g. checking for outliers, errors in data-entry, measurements are in the correct metrics, etc)

2. Liaise with HE vendor to resolve issues a) To feedback to HE vendor on issues found in the datasets and HE reports b) To resolve the issues by working closely with vendor

3. Oversee the collation of the NPHS HE datasets, Informed Consent Forms and related materials a) Compile weekly datasets to form consolidated datasets b) Merging of information from multiple datasets

4. Track the submission of deliverables by HE vendor a) To ensure that HE vendor submits the various deliverables according to the specified frequency and timeline (weekly, bi-weekly and monthly)

5. Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements: 1. Proficient in MS Office applications 2. Able to commit 6 months 3. Self-motivated, meticulous with an eye for detail and able to work independently
