Job Description

:

(a) Possess a positive learning attitude, and is meticulous and keen to experiment, innovate and collaborate,

(b) Co-teach/assist the class teachers during ALP lessons

(c) Have an interest in working with students

(d) Lead and assist students and teachers in the completion of competition projects

(e) Design, create, and develop activities for the ALP room with the ALP team

(f) Plan, oversee and coordinate after school events and activities on ALP in consultation with the ALP committee

(g) Take stock of inventory within the ALP room, and to ensure that the supplies are adequate

(h) Store supplies appropriately and in a manner that preserves the quality of the items

(i) Communicate with ALP committee and teachers, and make suggestions for improvement

(j) Maintain confidentiality of all work information

Working Arrangement:

Location: Woodlands

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Working Hours:

(A) During school days:

\xe2\x80\x93 Monday to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of a 1hr lunch break

\xe2\x80\x93 Fridays: 9:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of a 1hr lunch break

(B) During school holidays:

\xe2\x80\x93 Mondas to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of a 1hr lunch break

\xe2\x80\x93 Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

\xc2\xb7 Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

\xc2\xb7 Time-off will be provided if services are required on non-official working days to support the school\xe2\x80\x99s operations.

Job Requirements:

- Is proficient with the electrical connection of an Arduino set and Microbit set and is able to flexibly programme it to work with multiple inputs and outputs

- Preferably with some experience with Python and C/C++ programming

- Preferably with some experience in stock taking and space management

- Preferably with 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar position or environment
