Oversee and manage the daily stewarding operations Train and monitor staff in cleaning techniques, safety, and sanitation regulations Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations Coordinate and track proper maintenance of equipment Monitor and document labour and productivity Ensure work surfaces, refreigeration, stores are cleaned and sanitised before end of shift Ensure a close professional working relationship with other members of staff at all times Ensure kitchen is secure, clean and safe before going off shift Attend all team briefs as required Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
