Job Description
-The Opportunity
- Work with world renowned French luxury goods company
- 40-44hours per week (shift hours up to 8hours per day, 5 working days per week)
- Duration: 6 months contract, Extension is possible
- East Area, Changi
- Full Air-condition environment
- Assist and ensure an appropriate preparation of stock takes and cycle counts for 3 stores. Execute cycle counts and stock takes
- Be the contact point for all stock related issues, Perform stock running to support sales, including stock retrieval from BOH to deliver to the sales team and stock transfer among three stores.
- Replenish merchandise and non-merchandise from external logistics party to the stores on a timely manner
- Assist Stock Team for all transfer in/out arrangements, including documents, system and physical movement
- Define and implement the stock organization in BOH and FOH to optimize the storage and operation flow with close communication with the sales team.
- Maintain a neat and tidy stock with signage and layout plan
- Min GCE N/O Levels
- Previous working experience in Stock management is a must
- Plus if stock management is related to luxury/high-end products
- Computer literate
- Great communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Can commit weekend/Public holiday
