Job Description

Your role is to support the rice licensees by answering to their queries, arrange for engagements, and perform daily transactional work such as processing new application of licences/permits.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Monitor and report compliance rate of rice licensees in meeting their required stock level

• Prepare and follow up on emails, make reminder calls and send reminders letters to rice licenses on the need to comply with the stock level requirements

• Assist in organising engagement events with rice licensees

• Monitor rice scheme email and Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) channels to respond to feedback within the required service level

• Support new licence/permit applications from rice importers

• Assist in processing the import and export permits

• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in any discipline

• Candidates with relevant job experience will have an advantage.

• Possess IT knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications such as PPT, Excel and Words.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Has initiative and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: up to $14.20 per hour
