Key duties include greeting customers, answering questions, processing sales transactions, restocking shelves, and maintaining a tidy sales floor. They often work as part of a team and require strong customer service and communication skills.







Key responsibilities

Customer service:

Greet customers, help them find products, answer inquiries, and handle complaints or issues.

Sales and transactions:

Operate the cash register to process payments, refunds, and other sales transactions accurately.

Merchandising and organization:

Restock shelves, create product displays, and ensure the store is clean, tidy, and organized.

Inventory management:

Conduct inventory checks, report discrepancies, and help with receiving and stocking new merchandise.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with other staff to support daily store operations and achieve sales goals.
Required skills and qualifications

Customer service and communication:

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.

Attention to detail:

Strong organizational skills for tasks like inventory management and processing transactions. Training will be provided at all levels.

Basic math skills:

To handle sales transactions accurately.

Flexibility:

Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical ability:

Capable of lifting and moving heavy items as needed. *

Experience:

Previous retail or customer service experience is often desirable, but may not be absolute necessary. A learning mindset is a must.
