Job Description

Role & Responsibility: * Receive all incoming shipments and ensure that the delivered quantities are correct and free from damages. * Labels all raw materials received and check quantities * Role & Responsibility: Receive all incoming shipments and ensure that the delivered quantities are correct and free from damages. Labels all raw materials received and check quantities Receive and check that the finished goods from production Prepare and pack the goods for shipment Prepare packing list, COC and shipping documents for export shipment. Ensure that the shipment is properly handled and stored. Responsible for the inventory control of all accountable materials/ goods. Responsible for the security of the store and ensure that only authorized personnel can gain entry into the warehouse. Ensure that store area is kept clean and stock is proper put in their location. Ensure that work is performed in accordance to the: EHS policy, procedures and guidelines Job Requirements Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience Candidate must possess at least O Level/Diploma/NITEC or any field of study Possession of Forklift License will be an added advantage Basic computer and MS office skills Able to communicate in Mandarian with Chinese speaking associates Detail oriented and williness to learnt with SAP experience an advantage, but training will be provided Working condition: Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday Company bus pickup / drop off at Admiralty & Woodlands MRT Station.
