Storekeeper Job Summary We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented storekeeper to manage all of the operations in our storeroom. You\'ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including receiving, and managing inventory.
Storekeeper Duties and Responsibilities . Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom /warehouses. . Receive and proper stock arrangement at warehouse/stockroom. . Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to purchase and accounting for reimbursements and record keeping. . Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control. . Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations. . Good written and verbal communication skills with internal & external parties. . Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management . Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials within personal capacity. . Skills to operate common office equipment and good experience in using Excel Software. . Ability to perform Stock Take Reconciliation Reports . Able to accept ad-hoc duties by the Superior and Management. . Cover security officer while they on leave or absent. Storekeeper Requirements and Qualifications . Secondary Education or equivalent. . 1+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
